Located an hour north of Patagonia, the Pima Air & Space Museum is one of the world’s largest non-government funded aerospace museums. It features more than 300 aircraft exhibited on 80 acres. It is also home to the Arizona Aviation Hall of Fame whose notable honorees include: former United States Senator Barry Goldwater, astronaut Frank Borman and Doolittle Raider David “Davey” Jones. If you weren’t an airplane junky before, you will be after this road trip.
